Trading hoursYou can shop at Stylish Kiddish 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in the convenience of your own home. Please note that we observe all WA public holidays. Delivery Within AustraliaWe believe in speedy delivery of your order which is why we use Australian Air Express for overnight delivery on all orders. Your order should arrive to your door within 1 working day if you live in or near a city. Some remote areas will take a little longer and you may like to know that we also deliver to a PO Box address. If you are concerned about whether your order will arrive in time, simply contact us and we will let you know. We charge a flat rate of $7.50 Australia wide on all orders and any orders over $180 are delivered FREE of charge! All orders placed before 1pm (AEST) on business days will be posted that same day and outside of these times, it will be posted the next business day. These delivery times exclude any custom made products - which may take up to three weeks, depending on the product. Please note, we observe all WA public holidays. Incorrect delivery address/returned parcels If an incorrect delivery address is provided or a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, an extra postage fee will apply to send it again. International ordersAll International orders are shipped via DHL Express. The great news is that most International post packages are delivered to your door between 2 to 5 working days if you live in or near a city. Some areas may take a little longer. Simply contact us if you'd like to know the exact timing to your country. Overweight or oversize items may not be eligible for DHL international shipment; we will notify if we choose another freight forwarder or we may contact you with a quote. We charge one flat country rate for all international delivery. Please note that DHL express may not deliver to PO box addresses in certain countries. We offer the option to add insurance to your order. If you choose this option, a signature will be required upon delivery, unless your delivery address is a PO Box. If the delivery address is not attended at the time that delivery is attempted, there may be a redelivery fee. If the delivery address is a PO Box you will be required to sign and collect the delivery. Please note that DHL Express may not deliver to PO box addresses in certain countries. Customised products

We can beautifully gift-wrap free of charge for your convenience before sending the items off. Why not give a Stylish Kiddish gift voucher to that special someone and rest assured that they will find something they love! Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months. How do I redeem a gift voucher?You can place the gift voucher number in the gift voucher field at checkout. If there is a price difference needing to be paid you may pay using regular payment options at checkout. Any balance left on the voucher remains and you can use the same voucher number on your next order. Layby

If you would like to purchase an item that displays 'more soon', please let us know . We may be waiting for a delivery on that item, or perhaps we may even be able to place a special order for you. Returns and ExchangesIf for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase(s) from Stylish Kiddish, you may return the item(s) to us within 10 days for a refund. your details there. To add any item to your wishlist, just click the "Add to Wishlist" button, next to the "Buy Now" button. Forwalls Decals related FAQs How do I apply forwalls decals? Applying your new wall decal Preparation is the key - plan your layout. For the larger decals - a second pair of hands will be very useful. Wipe over surface with a dry clean cloth to ensure there is no dirt or dust. It is then as simple as "peel & stick" - once you have found your ideal surface and planned your layout. Simply peel the design from the backing, place on the wall and work in a diagonal direction from top to bottom applying firm pressure in a rubbing motion for 10 seconds. Smooth out any air bubbles by directing them to the edges. Apply extra pressure to edges to stop any lifting. How do I apply forwindows decals? Applying your new window decal Preparation is the key - plan your layout. Clean the surface before application and allow to dry. Peel off the white backing material and apply. Smooth out any air bubbles with a soft cloth or the palm of your hand. Small bubbles that won't shift will most likely disappear once the sun warms your window. If your window decal is in the wrong place or you change your mind, simply peel it off and try again. A credit card works well to lift the initial edge when removing or repositioning Window decals can be moved and repositioned as often as your like! Why won't my wall decals stick sometimes? There can be many reasons why wall decals won't stay put - some of the known causes are: Wall preparation - the wall has not been properly cleaned or dry before applying the decal. Wall surface - our decals will not adhere to cloth, stucco, brick, concrete, cement render or similar uneven surfaces including some wall papers. These surfaces are not completely smooth and unfortunately this does not allow for sufficient smooth surface area for the decal to adhere to Overhandling - preparation, preparation, preparation that is the key when applying your new decal - each time you remove it from the wall or handle the adhesive, you could be reducing the affectiveness of the adhesive. Newly painted - ensure your wall has been properly prepared with a good quality undercoat. Allow for 3 weeks after painting before putting your decal up. Paint choice - paints that are easy cleaning including, teflon and silicone paints, are designed to repel anything from sticking to them (like sticky little fingers). Unfortunately this means that some of them may also reject the adhesive used for removable wall decals. With a bit more persistence, this problem can, in most cases, be overcome. Simply apply more pressure more often to the decal after application. Rub over the decal each day for the first week or so. We cannot guarantee this will work for all paint types due to variations in paint quality and wall surfaces. It is important to note this when you are choosing the paint to decorate your room. Room Temperature - if your room suffers from extreme temperature changes - particularly heat, this can sometimes cause the adhesive to become soft and cause lifting. None of the above? - generally it will be for one of the above reasons but as every site is different, there may be other reasons specific to you. Please contact us and we will endeavour to solve the problem for you. How do I remove the decals? Slowly peel off the decal by gently pulling away from the wall. If the decal offers any resistance, gently warm it with a hairdryer set on LOW and the continue peeling. Are your decals moveable? Our products are designed to be durable and removable. Our window decals are the only decals in our range that are moveable. |
